1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe.

device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this
Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting,
or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information
for longer than one (1) month past the termination of the user's account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete
or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information
has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it
from any further processing until deletion is possible.

personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor,
when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our
marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that
we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section HOW CAN YOU
CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE? below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we
may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for
the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing

Account Information If you would at any time like to review or change the information in
your account or terminate your account, you can:

- Users who purchase licenses or digital services may have billing details stored securely for transaction

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from
our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot
problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal
requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If
you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT')
feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online
browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising
and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals
or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard
for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in
a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
