At LDS Consulting, we help small and mid-sized businesses build better websites, web apps, customer portals, booking journeys and practical digital systems. We also support secure hosting, cloud-backed functionality, integrations, Azure services, automation and ongoing support where required.

Billing and renewal: If you purchase a recurring support plan, care plan, managed service or subscription, it will continue and renew unless cancelled in accordance with the agreed terms.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fee changes: We may change subscription fees and will notify you of price changes in accordance with applicable law and any agreed contract terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than those for which we make them available. You agree not to:

  • Trick, defraud or mislead us or other users.
  • Bypass security features.
  • Disparage or harm us or the Services.

Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings where appropriate.

The parties agree that any dispute shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no dispute shall be joined with any other proceeding and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought on a class-action basis.
